"The Academy of Country Music (ACM) and Great American Country (GAC) announced today that The Band Perry has been named Top New Vocal Duo or Group for 2011! This ACM award was an entirely fan voted one, and Kimberly, Reid, and Neil are sending their biggest love and thanks to all who voted for them and made this moment a reality.

TBP is now a nominee for the Top New Artist award (also fan-voted), which will be given out on the 46th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards broadcast LIVE from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas Sunday, April 3, 2011 at 8 p.m. live ET/delayed PT on CBS.
