"The Band Perry is featured on the cover of the January/February issue of Cowgirl, the only western lifestyle magazine for women. The siblings talk about growing up in Mobile, Alabama riding horses and listening to bluegrass music on Saturday nights, they talk about their mother, Marie Perry, who is also their stylist and part-time referee whom they call their secret weapon on tour, and how they sometimes resort to arm wrestling to solve problems. Reid shares that he had a horse named Romeo, but he says, “I officially refer to him as ‘horse.’ It’s a bit more manly.” Kimberly’s horse was named Sun Dial, after the street they grew up on and Neil called his horse Saca, short for Sacajawea. The issue of Cowgirl featuring The Band Perry is in stores now, or you can learn more at"

that's pretty cool isn't it?
